Henze is a part of the Chicago-based compliance company’s 2020 strategic growth plan
As a part of its strategic growth plan for 2020, TCA Compliance is expanding its staff. It recently hired Scott A. Henze as a compliance consultant.
Henze, based in Illinois, will manage lending and deposit compliance issues.
“With regulatory requirements for consumer compliance getting more complex, banks and other financial service providers require clarification and support from reliable, trusted resources. As a result, we see greater demand for our services,” comments Michelle Strickland, TCA Compliance’s co-president and managing partner. “The addition of Scott to our team will help us support our growing list of clients seeking lending and deposit advice.”
Henze comes to TCA Compliance with 20-plus years in the banking industry.
Most recently, he worked as a senior compliance auditor for Foresight Financial Group, Inc., in Winnebago, Ill., and he also has held positions as a compliance officer for both community and retail banks.
Henze’s skills include developing compliance audit scopes for a variety of regulations and laws and conducting audits for consumer, residential, and commercial lending. He also has evaluated banking loan operations, servicing, loan funding, and core system interfaces to identify efficiency opportunities and streamline processes.
In addition, he brings unique analytical, problem-solving, and coaching experience that he has relied on to build teams and enhance productivity.
“Scott’s experience in deposit and lending compliance and with real-world workflow and procedure analysis complement TCA’s Better Way approach to compliance management,” adds Strickland.
