As we continue to move forward into 2024, we wanted to take the time to share some tips regarding our Regulatory Compliance Manager (RCM) hotline and article accessibility. We want to ensure that all of our RCM clients have the best experience possible regarding these services.
Tip #1: Please email all hotline questions to [email protected]. We understand that some of our clients may have a preference for a specific consultant. By sending the email to our Info account, we are able to assign your questions to a readily available consultant to answer questions within our 24-hour time frame.
Tip #2: Make sure to open all article emails from TCA Compliance [email protected]. Our system recognizes email addresses that have not opened our emails. After at least one unopened email, our system marks the email address as unengaged, and that email address will no longer receive our article emails.
Tip #3: Don’t forget to notify us of any changes to your email address(es). Whether it is a change in the email address or the addition or removal of someone in the company it’s important to let us know. This ensures we are providing our articles to the correct email address, we are contacting the correct people, and that your login for our website is accurate.
